Redesign dashboard and UX for spa and thermal center
THE CHALLENGE
An Italian wellness center needed to renovate its reports, making them more dynamic, intuitive and in line with the brand identity. Existing dashboards were numerous, poorly legible and unsuitable for supporting rapid data access by users.
THE PROCESS
The project involved the definition of mockups and graphic models through Figma, revisiting the user experience. UI/UX principles inspired by the web were introduced, paying attention to visual hierarchy, navigation and readability. Subsequently, the graphic components were implemented in Power BI, respecting the brand guidelines.
THE SOLUTION
Redesigned dashboards were created both from an aesthetic and functional point of view, with: Clear and simplified navigation layouts. Reduction in the overall number of reports. Visual consistency with the corporate identity. The solution allows immediate data reading and improves user experience.

Reduction in the number of dashboards and greater concentration of information. Clear increase in readability and usability. Introduction of a distinctive graphic component. Greater consistency between analysis tools and corporate image
